Testing industrial hose assemblies – Safeguarding Life and Property
Industrial hose assemblies are widely used in industrial installations for the transfer of liquids, chemicals, fuels and other process media under pressure. Due to their flexible nature and the variety of materials and constructions used, hose assemblies are subject to aging, wear and deformation during service. Failure of a hose assembly can result in serious safety risks, environmental damage and unplanned downtime.
To ensure continued safe operation, industrial hose assemblies must be periodically inspected and tested in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Proper testing verifies the pressure integrity, mechanical condition and electrical properties of the hose assembly and supports compliance, traceability and lifecycle management.
Covering a wide range
Hose Size: 1/2″-8″ (DN15-200)
Test Pressure: 0-200 bar (2,900 psi)

– EN ISO 1402 for rubber and plastic hose assemblies
– EN ISO 10380 for corrugated metal hose assemblies
– EN ISO 8031 for electrical conductivity and resistance testing
Computer Registration System: yes
Built for the operator
The Linora hose test bench has been developed to provide a safe, reliable and standardized solution for the (re)testing of industrial hose assemblies in workshop and service environments.
Standardized hose testing under controlled conditions
With the Linora hose test bench, industrial hose assemblies are tested in a controlled and repeatable workshop environment. This ensures that each hose is subjected to the same test conditions, independent of operator, location or installation. The standardized setup improves comparability of results and supports consistent quality and certification..
Modular design
Linora is designed for hydrostatic testing with water. This method is much safer than gas testing because it uses less stored energy. The test bench allows you to test hose assemblies of different lengths and large diameters safely. You can still see everything clearly while the pressure increases
The modular design of the system allows the test bench to be configured to suit different hose dimensions, lengths and test requirements. Depending on the application, the layout and configuration can be adapted while maintaining consistent test principles, measurement accuracy and safety performance.
Integrated electrical conductivity verification
Linora supports electrical conductivity and resistance testing of hose assemblies in accordance with EN ISO 8031. The electrically isolated clamping and support structure ensures that resistance measurements reflect the hose assembly itself and are not influenced by the test bench construction.
Training on your terms
Expert instruction available on-site, in your workshop, or remotely – wherever you need it.
Ahead of what's next
The ergonomic layout of the test bench and control panel allows safe and efficient operation by a single operator. Logical workflows for loading, clamping, testing and draining reduce handling time and improve productivity in workshop and service environments.
Measure. Verify. Certify!
In combination with the Computer Registration System CRS10, Linora provides full digital recording of inspection and test data. Test results, inspection findings and certificates are automatically stored and linked to the hose assembly, supporting compliance with applicable standards and audit requirements.
The software agenerates clear overviews comparing As Found results with post-maintenance or adjusted test results, supporting traceability and quality control.
Quick clamping system
The hose test bench is equipped with a robust and efficient clamping system designed for quick and accurate clamping of industrial hose assemblies with flanged end connections. The system is developed to ensure correct sealing, reliable force transmission and precise alignment during hydrostatic testing.
Safety features
Safety screen with 12 mm. thick – bulletproof Polycarbonate screen, separating the control panel from the test area (full surrounding safety enclosure optionally available).
Kill switch to ensure that the operator stays with the control panel while the pressure rises. When the button is released, the test system automatically stops.
Automatic safety interlock system to prevent that the clamping force can be released while the hose is still under pressure.
Flash light on top of the control panel, automatically activated to warn personnel in the direct surrounding that a pressure test is in progress.
